Similar review here for Ricky Gervais Super Nature, big fan and love his work but nothing much new here, other than the trans jokes and they're easily read as he sets them up.

Currently watching Stranger Things 4 (first time I've used Netflix since watching The Last Dance).

5 episodes in (2 more to watch at the moment then will have to wait a month for the last 2 of the series) and the season is just starting to hit it's peak, everything is coming together and I'm loving it.

Currently watching Kenobi aswell and its ok, 3 episodes in and it's not on the level of The Mandalorian IMO.

I dozed off a couple of times in the final episode, I knew I should've done a Sunday viewing, I'll have to re-watch it on the weekend instead of trying to cram 5 episodes in during a school night evening.

It got boring at times, it's funny how I never changed who my favourite character was for the whole journey and anyone that has seen it suggests that I'd have a strong liking of Lip.

Frank: No opinion, he adds an enormous amount of value to the show though.
Fiona: Faded out at the right time, the amount of times an episode started with her getting banged was a bit of overkill.
Ian: Probably a character that didn't need to be there.
Mickey: Awkward to watch, very strange cat.
Deb: Annoying once she hit puberty.
Carl: I just couldn't like him at any stage.
Liam: The cherry on top, he was pretty cool.
Kev: My 2nd favourite character, an absolute bonehead but played the part brilliantly.

I reckon I'll have another binge in a couple of years time, I wouldn't mind watching the first couple of seasons again.

As I said before, I'm a bit late to the Shameless party, Just starting Season 8. I agree pretty much with your character summation.

Lip- interesting character who became more believable as the series went on.
Frank- William H Macy is why I started on the US version and my opinion of him goes between contempt and feeling sorry for him although all the shit
he cops seems to have brought on himself.
Fiona- seems everyone she meets bangs her within the first 10 minutes of knowing her.
Ian - pretty much one story arc for the whole show.
Mickey - a loose cannon, uncomfortable to watch but that is a credit to the actor, I think.
Deb - not particularly interested in her goings on.
Carl - would of been happy for him to stay at military school. The whole "White n-word" thing was cringeworthy.
Liam - apart from the token black kid at privileged school bit, not really adding much, might be more prominent in upcoming seasons?
Kev - was one of my favourites early on but has degenerated into a buffoon. Don't like it.
Svetlana - my favourite character, sorry Immigration got her, hopefully comes back.
V - Great cans.

You seem to motoring through them, they get a bit mundane around that period.

That love triangle was classical.

Kev gets more air time in the last season or two.

I love Frank's philosophies, it's like he actually believes himself with the woft that falls out of his gob. It's funny how most of the shows highlights involved Frank.

Shows like these you can get bored if you watch them over a short period. Fiona getting banged is never overkill man, each to their own but I can't believe you didn't like Carl, he looks like Patrick Cripps I reckon.

How good was the last scene!

His final speech was pretty much exactly the same as his opening speech during the pilot episode, the only thing that changed was his opinion of Kev and V.
