Crowd 4065 it’s why the SANFL like Sturt and us, and to a lesser extent Norwood and North.

Bays by 47 pts 25 min mark of the 3rd

Yeah, Sturt was our biggest crowd this year, club was dirty that it was awful weather when we played Norwood.
Been saying for many years Norwood and Sturt fans are the ones who show up to Prospect games (besides North obviously).
Dogs have occasionally too.

Bays 15-11
Sturt 4-10 (there lowest score against us) in Sturts defence they lost their ruckman in the first minute of the game.

But in a nutshell, WE RUBBED ‘EM!!

Easily our best performance this season. As mentioned Sturt's task was made more difficult by the loss of their ruckman in the first minute, I hope that isn't as serious as feared. What I liked though is we were ruthless and did not drop off at any stage.

^ this. Still some room for improvement; some of the Bays work inside the forward 50 was either poor or cute. Thought the game was going to be a lot closer given Glenelg's outs and recent form but when McBean took to the field I thought the Bays would have a better chance. Got to feel for Sturt losing Scholl within 60 seconds of the bounce. Nevertheless they were outclassed all over the ground today. I'm reading elsewhere that that was Sturt's lowest ever score against Glenelg. @spell_check ??

What was most pleasing about yesterday was following our "rape" by the AwFuL our fringe players stepped up to take their opportunities

Gerloff 11 tackles 3 clearances helps fill the void left by Turner, Jordan Moore steps up to fill to void left by Durdin in his way (may not be as physical but is more mobile)

Seeing the likes of Stagg, Holder, Martini, Lyons, Gerloff, & Moore step up to ease the burden on Parto, Snook, Proudy, Reynolds etc.

We're going to have to start calling Sandy "the prospector" given his ability to find diamonds in the rough (Parks, Turner, Gerloff, Lyons, Minchin)

GL at home should win
But bear in mind 2 excellent players Durdin and Turner out for the season to the AFL
ST having a good season cannot be underestimated
The only certainty in this game is Bayman will attend this match

The late Mal got up
Bayman was there
