Casey Demons have the bye, so Casey Fields is available.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Former St Kilda skipper Jarryn Geary predicably calls it quits, ending with 207 senior appearances. It's cliche, but he wasn't the most naturally gifted or flashy player, but most would feel he got the most out of himself. Suffered some shocking injuries in the second half of his career. Played in just 3 finals (2011, 2020), missing out in 2009 and 2010 despite playing 34 games across those two years.
SAFC- 60 years...
StKFC- 58 years..

Seems like he's been around forever and when you say he missed the 2009 finals, it has been forever. I agree, just one of those blokes that wasn't gifted at anything other than working bloody hard. Shame some of the gifted athletes can't do this - as they'd have a stellar career if they could.

I can see Jarryn limping off into the sunset - geez his body must be stuffed after all those injuries - and best of luck to him.

You will. In three years he'll be old enough for the Cats to rookie him.
