Great fightback by the Dogs, would have been easy just to roll over after that 1st 1/4 but they are back in the game

We misread the starting time - thought it was 2:35pm (the time of the Norwood v Sturt match) ;)
We haven't played our worst game of the year today - it is just that North are clear premiership favourites and rightly punish us for every skill error we make.

Full credit to North they were a class above us today. The game was done 10mins into 1st qtr .
They are a very good side and will be a huge chance for the flag.
It couldve got very ugly with the start we gave them but we didnt drop our heads and kept trying

Totally.
6 goals in the first 12 mins. It's easy to attack the Dogs for that, but that does North a disservice. That start was amazing.
Aaron Young led the onslaught but 6 goals from 6 different players is testament to the brand they were playing.
The Dogs never gave in and some of the youngsters took big steps... Whitelum, Cowan (2 goals apiece) had excellent moments whilst Iles, Olsson and Shaw are cementing their spots.
IMO we have a solid bunch of role players; just lack a couple of elite players to cash in on our efforts.

Aaron Nitschke continued his promising return with a BP in the ressies.
