Matthews is the danger man, capable of batting long periods of time and getting big 100s

2 in 2 balls!
That's a ripper from Swepson to dismiss Chandimal.

Dropped it or deflected off his gloves?

A little column A, little column B

Almost identical to the ball before which he caught, very similar lines. Hits the deck it’s a drop, Warner catches it so yeah a deflection is fair enough

All that ends well though…

Absolutely, SL's best player and obviously the biggest wicket for Aus to get.
Currently 35* and looking pretty comfortable after giving a few tough chances.

Left arm spinner Embuldenyia will be the main threat and leg spinner Vandersay and Off spinner Mendis won't be easy to face either I suspect.

Reckon the Lankans will get close to 300 here, our spinners might have 4 of the 6 wickets but taking a bit of stick as well

SL 6/191 at tea
Dickwella 51* (46)
Mendis 22*
Partnership of 52 between those two just regaining some ascendency.
