18 AFL listed players tonight. Crowd, looks huge, about 20 on the outer side. Disgrace.

20 isn't too bad.

I've been one of 3 on the outer side at Woodville before, albeit in atrocious conditions.

Maybe so - but he’s one of 10 or 11 that have played at AFL level this season alone… gone through our team a couple of times but still yet to find one…

It was a small crowd and the lights werent great particularly looking from the grandstand to the outer very hard to pick up players.
Some of the decisions by the umps were a disgrace .
Unfortunately we copped the power reserves at full strength after they had been rubbish in the past weeks .
We tried hard but the difference between AFL professionals and us was obvious,

We are clearly a work in progress and struggle linking up with our forwards bit there continues to be good signs.
Whilst the Schillers and Pres are imporatnt, the spread of impact has been much better this season. The defence again was very good; Montgomerie, Iles, Llewellyn and the rapidly improving Buechner are gelling into a solid group and Cowham & Whitelum found plenty of ball.

Ports height around the ground wore us down.. 20 contested marks is a lot, we would get that in a month of footy. Billy works hard, but he is more a tall mid and his ruck craft gets exposed against genuine ruckmen.

Like Centrals last night we had lots of players not up to SANFL standard that day.
