Disappointing to be beat so comfortably in the end.

Really not sure where the club is headed

League will win the same amount of games last year
Our ressies went to shit this year after being good in 2021
U/18 finished bottom again

Only really big positive is the improvement of the 16’s who improved greatly.

We are talking in absolute micro improvements in 2022 for us as a club.

Dogs are not without a chance next week. Bays ought to win, but they aren't travelling at their best. If Central brings its best game and they catch Glenelg napping then it's anyone's game.

I thought we played some really good games this year. Clearly not enough 4 quarter efforts. Keep the current squad and add a couple of quality recruits and I think we'll be okay. Of course we haven't been great in the recruitment area in recent years.

Definitely need quality recruits.
A few of our current recruits playing reserves today and didn't get much of the footy.

Spot on... have been very competitive throughout the second half of the season except for two lapses... the 3rd quarter on Saturday night and the opening 12 mins against North. And to be fair that's the two GF participants right there.

Our defense has been excellent. Llewellyn just doesn't get beaten. Iles has been a revelation and will poll top 6 in B and F after playing just one game last year, Montgomerie is a jet and Hosko provides the class as the quarterback.
Have to get a ruck. And then help McCormack learn how to play fwd to support Grace and Lange. Barreau will be a virtual recruit but also need another mid.

Late comer here to this dialogue. Was there any estimate of crowd size at 1/2 time of the Centrals vs ??? match? Did the 4000 disappear?
