Fair crack bud.

Reckon I'd get Wines in there probably for Stevens (different styles of player I know).

Tough picking the bench, some excellent Port players will be missing out, but Lade would be the first I'd include.
Agreed Wines needs to be in there - Brownlow medallist - and Stevens was my first thought to drop out.

I'd also have Lade as first ruck ahead of Primus.

Otherwise I agree with LM's team.

Spot on. LM doesn’t know what he’s on about! :D

I did write "draft", that's my defence here

I have killed many brain cells over the years, I loved Primus' ruckwork and strength at stoppages, Lade had more strings to the bow though, I'd be quite happy to have him sit in the forward pocket and do the forward half ruck work.

Happy to roll with:

F: Gray, Schultz, Lade
HF: Wingard, Tredrea, Boak
C: James, Francou, K.Cornes
HB: Wilson, C.Cornes, S.Burgoyne
B: Wanganeen, Wakelin, P.Burgoyne
F: Primus, Wines, Carr

Int: Pickett, Montgomery, Westhoff (Eagleton or Hartlett for the final spot).

As much as I rated Lade around the ground, I'm not sure I'd pick him to occupy two positions at once.

For the last hour I've had Wilson Pickett playing in my head.

And I only know one of his songs.

Is it just me or has Chris Davies stayed out of the media in 2022? Don't recall seeing his face on the TV much this year.

I think Kochie more than makes up for it, but yeah, I can only recall hearing of him on TV once or twice this season.

I had a thought regarding the prison bars...and this in no way suggests they never wear it in a showdown, but might be a good idea anyway.

Why don't port have a reversible guernsey for their home strip with the PBs design on the reverse side? Club can market it with some story about wearing the heritage every week, players could warm up with it and then reverse it into the normal Power guernsey, etc etc.

So you want to closet us in this day and age, brave! Clubs and players preach "it's for the supporters" this gives nothing to the supporters if it's not on display on gameday.
