Those in the know will have a fair idea what’s rubber stamped (or likely to happen) before the end of day today. You don’t just go “GUESS WHAT, YOU’RE HOSTING A FINAL” on Thursday afternoon. Too much is then left to do in a such a short amount of time for many parties and especially the hosts in regards to volunteers and catering.

i have been reliably informed that there have been 13 ovals ruled out for finals this week

Dont ask me which ovals, i have no idea

so decent ovals are slim pickings

Are you referring to SANFL Juniors and grounds they have ruled out because a quick check of AdFL finals fixtures currently seems to show all finals being played at the highest finishing teams ground other than SHOC in D2 who are using Glenelg Oval but I assume they needed to find an alternative due to both Senior and Middle School hosting the big Rostrevor Intercol footy and other sports this Saturday.

Qualifying Final confirmed at Goodwood Oval... lets hope no more rain between now and Saturday.
Wonder if Goodys are training on the oval, I know other teams have been forced by council off their ovals.

District by 10 goals over goodys. Midfield was far too strong never letting goodys into the game. Hopefully it's played at norwood with the smaller ground suiting dizzys.
