Sheldon Cottrell "Corporal Disphit", WTF is the go with that celebration? You went for 12.8 and over you pillock!!!
It's his trademark and does it whenever he takes a wicket, he does it because he's a former Jamaican Defence Force Soldier and according to him it's to show his respect to the Jamaica Defence Force. Seems he's very passionate about serving his country in his previous profession.

Thank you, I'll let him off slightly.

I should've checked with you first ;)

Been doing it for the last 4 years, recently he knocked over Joss Buttler in a one dayer and have him the farewell salute ((which is great i reckon) next match Buttler dispatched him out of the park and marched up the pitch and gave him the return salute :D

Just the last bit can go.

I was never one for a celebration of a wicket, might have said something every now and then but it was a matter of getting back to the mark and doing again.

True haha missed out on the juicy fully but surely that gets him in a start in the WC team, should be in the team before Stionis now.

Aus play England next on Sunday in a 3 match glorified WC warm up series.

The Windies are a flash in the pan type team, really missing the likes of Russell and Narine but they're probably better off without them and their attitude towards West Indian cricket aswell as Shimron Hetmyer who has been dropped from their squad for the WC after missing his flight to Australia.

Resting the big 3 quicks, Zampa and Maxwell and Smith has been left out which is the right call, I don't think Aus need him in T20 cricket.

Butler and Hales dining out on the second rate Aussie attack like they should, they're probably the best T20 opening combination in the world.

Resting the quicks I can understand, but Maxwell really needs a hit. I don't think Smith makes the final side either.

I'd rather J Richardson over K Richardson

Swepson bowling worse than Agar

Surely we should be trying to dent their confidence, not bat them right into form, guess we are lucky that Finch and Warner will bat the same way,

Yeah Maxwell needs to be playing in these matches as much as possible to help try get him back into some kind of form for the WC.

Wade did his best again at the end, just not to be this time.

Reckon he should have been out for 0, was hit in helmet then glove off Mark Wood, ball popped up for caught and bowled, Wade basically did the AFL shepherd to prevent him catching it, looks clear out for obstructing the field to me

Agreed, he clearly stuck his arm out to block Wood.

Was an entertaining match in the end.

What I think the final lineup will be:

Warner
Finch
Marsh
Maxwell
Stoinis (saved himself with his innings tonight)
David
Wade
Starc
Cummins
Zampa
Hazlewood

Cordial mixers Smith, Agar, KRichardson, Inglis
Dave Warner will be missed!
