Goodwin showing why he's in the team. Ryan and Atkinson showing why they shouldn't be within a bull's roar of the starting XI.

Disappointing to concede two goals from crosses when your centre backs are both close to 200cm

Took France 4-0, who would have thought we would score against them.

Pretty much what most aussie football fans would have expected....anything between 3-4 goals was about where we are at.

I saw enough with us in possession that we potentially could cause Denmark and Tunisia some issues. Saturday night is a must win.

Beauty of tournament football is we are still a chance. Draw between Denmark & Tunisia has helped

WHUFC - munno para were a rabble this year , especially giving up a 5-2 at HT to lose 6-5 in the first round of the season

Yeah ive heard things have slid a tad there.....Jemba's weekly posts on facebook suggested there was a lot of frustration there.

So much potential there but have always been in the shadow of the Downs.

Im still not ready to put a line through the aussies yet. Realistically French are genuinely a 3-4 goal better team thats a fact. Only disappointing feature was the nature of the french goals.

You won't put a line through them?
Does that mean you think they can win the world cup?

Only ever watch soccer in the World Cup, but these Tunisians going down like they have been shot is probably the reason I never watch it. Giving me the absolute shits! Hope we hold on to this 1-0 lead, but they are certainly pressing hard and we are under the pump

That was a decent win. We still looked flat footed at the back but we have given ourselves a genuine chance to progress from the group

Yep real happy with that performance. Bossed the first half and probably should have made the chances count more.

Second half we got a tad nervy albeit should have went 2-0 up. The last ten minutes we were hanging on for our life, guys showed courage but did go into their shelves.

We need to come out and look to beat Denmark, if we play for a draw we will go down by a couple of goals

Can’t see Tunisia beating France even if they play a second string side.

The Aussies were just as bad.
Weak as piss the way they go down like they’ve been shot.

If that was a good game I hate to watch a shit one.
Boring as with very little scoring opportunities.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Reminded me of aussie rules players these days when they’ve been tackled about their hips looking for a high tackle.
