I might be in the minority but that sort of score isn’t good viewing and isn’t good for cricket

It's terrible for test cricket, mind you I'd say it's better then watching a test like the Pakistan Aussies test at the same venue earlier this year just for the sheer shot making. Pitches like this ruin test cricket though. As English supporter then has watched us barely score runs since 2013 I'll take it though :D

I don't think you are.

Let's face it, there is only one result possible if the pitch stays this way. The game is already dominated by the bat and this does nothing to draw people to the game or back to the game.

Stokes said there would be no draws this series, he'd make sure of it. Fascinated how he can make that happen here without losing the game.

Ramiz Raja (not made up) described it as embarrassing.

As embarrassing is knowing the light would be an issue due to the time of the year (sunset is listed at 5pm which is the match close of play time) they do not adjust the start time and both days have finished early losing around 15 overs each day. Perhaps you can get a bet on about what time bad light will stop play!

They should be $1029. This is $1.01 to finish in a draw.

Haven’t been watching but is it true Joe Root batted left handed in the second innings……something to do with being better for the foot marks.

Stokes is letting himself down with the bat at the moment. I get the intent thing but whilst the rest are playing good cricket shots he's just outright slogging, did the same in the english summer but ine test against the saffers where he tonned up. He's much better then that.
