The bloke can bat I give him that.

Better off getting the Perth grade player to field, seriously!

Braithwaite might not have a great test average but he's a seriously good bat, seen him make quite a few runs against England. Playing alot in the windies probably doesn't help him as those wickets are awfully slow and hard to score on.

Went past 5000 runs during his innings and it's his 11th test match hundred.

Windies bowled out for 333 with 8 wickets to spin (6 to Lyon and 2 to Head) not what I expected in Western Australia

Aussies win by 164
July 11th 2012....

West Indies all out for 333, Australia win by 164 runs and retains the Frank Worrall Trophy.
Lyon ends with 6/128 from 42.5 overs, his 21st 5 wicket haul and he moves onto 445 test wickets.
Head 2/25

Cummins injured, possibly a quad injury? Didn't bowl in the innings and looked very ginger while fielding and running, probably shouldn't of been out on the field. Surely he doesn't play in the second test?

Reckon they should put Cummins on ice now for the Sathers series. This one is done.

Agree and was done without one of the greatest ever first change or opening bowler in Australian fast bowling history, Pat Cummins in the 2nd dig.

Great to see ''allrounder'' Travis Head in his 99 runs /0/4 [1] / 2/25[8] performance
He belongs at this level

Questions
Who will replace Pat Cummins if needed for the Adelaide Test match?
Will Cameron Green get a bat in this series?

Scott Boland deservedly must get the bowling spot
But in view of the aging Test team, it would be a nice time to play Lance Lightning Morris ?

Time to do sum rebuilding perhaps ?
In 5 years time there's a possibility of only Cam Green and The Trav being in the team
The rest of the current team will all be retired or almost retired
