94 (55) for Khawaja and Labuschagne 73 (48).
Can Warner do the same for the Thunder?

no

maybe?
Warner was looking ominous but the Sydney rain strikes again and the Heat win by DLS.

Had this season started earlier or more double headers the BBL could have finished by now

That means the possibility of the following :
All Test players available for ALL finals instead of leaving for India
Sides like AS would have had Chris Lynn and Rashid Khan that might have played extra or extra games before leaving
Kids who might miss out on February Finals coz of school prob would have rolled up in January
Redleg E Boy would not suffer into February

Stats
11 wickets fell in this match
10 by fast bowlers
1 run out
0 spin

WA used 5 fast bowlers.
NS used 3 fast bowlers and 2 spinners.

Should the Smithless Sydney Sixes have a re match at this venue, one would think 4 fast bowlers as a minimum requirement
ST hadem, 3/22 one more fast bowler like Jackson Bird could have made this a winning game for SS.

Now seen
Smith after 2 tons in a row facing Lightning Morris
Smith backed away towards square leg, becoz Lightning bowls fast , and drove the ball to mid off and was dropped
