Yeah he’s a legend in the industry.

When we went to the Pt Turton tavern in the NY my wife bought a few lucky squares for a meat tray, anyway it wasn't drawn on the night but a few nights later, after we had come home, she got a phone call saying she had won. Wife advised them to complete a redraw or donate it back to the social club to be raffled again - no matter what she said they insisted that she won and offered to send her a cheque, today it arrived in the mail for $70 with a lovely note attached. Old school dedication to making sure the winning result was ticked off!

I only went there for lunch during my time on the YP late last year but I found them to be true blue Aussie’s trying to make a living.

Was a no frills type of joint but had character, and so did they.

Day off to take eldest daughter to her new secondary school, drop youngest off first then finally the wife at the train station. Cracking day, just me & the hairy barker, Seacliff to Brighton jetty & back. Time to rehydrate.

The health system in Australia.
I'm on the public system & I'm getting a defibrillator fitted by the end of February this year, worth approximately $80,000, for absolutely no cost whatsoever!

Getting my mojo back, I've been a crumpled heap this year with the thought of leaving the company.

A huge weight was lifted on Wednesday and now I'm up and upbeat again. Big fella rocked into work today for the first time in a while, he'd whacked on a few kegs so I said "Hey man, have you been on the biggest winner?" He loved it.

I'm just feeling a shitload better, no stress about whether I should or shouldn't, just keen to go make a strong impression, today is the first day of the rest of my life.

That’s awesome. Take that positivity and move forward. Well done LM!

I've found resigning from a job is one of the most liberating things someone can do, this is great to hear mate.
