Windies Declare 6/447

Chanderpaul brought up his double ton with a 6 to finish 207* n.o. which surpasses Shivs' highest Test score of 203 !
Chanderpaul faced a marathon 467 balls a feat that his father Shiv only surpassed once in facing 510 balls against India in 2002 in making 136* n.o. in a marathon 675 minute stay at the crease

Windies had Zimbabwe 6/147 and 7/192 but a 135 run 8th wicket partnership saw Zimbabwe finish at 9/379 dec, a lead of 68, thus well and truly avoiding the follow on and taking the Windies winning chance away. Windies crawled to 0/21 off 13 at stumps a lead of 89. This to me says they don't think they can win and won't try for it.

Draw coming up.

Don't forget always a chance of that huge Windies regular batting collapse, get through the openers and anything can and probably will happen ;)

Crawley gone. Got dropped, bowled and then caught in 13 balls. Bloke will be a deadset walking wicket in the ashes if the ball is swinging or seaming.

What are the conditions like there? They are lucky to have scheduled the first test so far north, if it was at Wellington they wouldn't be playing.

At a guess they will play the 2nd one at Bay Oval too.

How good is it the way England are currently playing, their opener just says Duckett, I'm hitting boundaries, currently 79* off of 61 balls.
