Nope.
Bloke has basically been retired from SS for 3 years so needs to serve his time again before being eligible

Hang on, before these two tests - we had only lost like 3 tests like 3 years or something?

There's 10 days between the 2nd and 3rd tests in which Pat Cummins will fly home to Sydney then return to India for family reasons.

Yes, before this series and since losing two matches in the 2019 Ashes Australia have lost two matches to India at home and one to Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka last year.

Plenty of good sides have come undone in India - it's not a new phenomenon

Were any of those sides ranked No. 1 with the best ranked bowler and batter in the world at the time?

Are they coached.....

Impression i get is Cummins is the man in charge and McDonald is nothing more than a team manager in essence.

This. We fell into a hole because we didn't have a coach. Brought one in and we started climbing the ladder. Time to do it again. Can't have Pat doing it all and why would Test players listen to Ronald McDonald anyway? He doesn't sound espcially insightful about the game and his playing career was hardly glittering. Share the load, share the pressure.

I'd be surprised if a #1 fast bowler had a huge impact in India previously.

What about the team and the batter?

The Aussies have been shithouse, there’s no sugar coating it.

Of course they've been shit - but anyone would think the world was caving in, and we have been as basket case for a while.

We are getting a lesson on the hardest location in the planet to conquer by a side that is very good and ranked accordingly. Work to be done, but geez perspective folks before calling for wholesale changes.

Wait till we lose the Ashes first

We aren't coming undone we are getting bent over and copping an absolute spanking.

I can handle losing but the craziness of this tour is what is driving my frustration.....everything from the planning back at the SCG, playing Agar, taking Agar to India and then bringing others over to fill a spot, the way we are insistent on trying to reverse sweep to 500. Then the selections are just crazy...Head being dropped whilst Warner keeps his spot etc etc.

Happy with how we gone about the bowling though..
