That means that up to 5 of them will make it; probably what we are looking for. Add that to the five key players who had injury-riddled seasons and that means we have 10 'new' players of high quality injected into the side this year.
Cheers

If we find five genuine league quality players this season i reckon, we would take that as a win.

Lower clubs have to try something as it is difficult to get interstate lads unless you have some wealthy backers.

West tried the local transfers and it didn’t really work for them so now going on the purely youngster path. Hopefully that is successful

Good luck to the Dogs

You're not throwing shit, you're more than likely correct.
BUT! We will gain valuable depth & more than likely unearth some more A grade players,
This is mere speculation of course but if we can end the season with at least 2 more wins than last season PLUS be much more competitive AND have a very strong reserves side, then we're certainly heading in the right direction (RIP Renee Geyer)

I have a feeling more of our recruits will play league football than theirs. :)

Am basing it on the fact that it should be easier to break into our team, not necessarily saying we have more quality recruits.
