This is why wood or Archer have to play for us. We struggle with the tail everytime when it's these 3 seamers. As good as broad has been I get the feeling he may not play in the ashes much.

Good fightback by NZ but still trail by 24.
Latham went past 5000 test runs and Williamson (currently 25*) needs 4 runs to surpass Ross Taylor who has the most test runs for NZ with 7683.

Is this yet another example of why the follow on is dead these days? Bowlers look absolutely cooked! Will have to chase fair target on final day pitch. I know England have this new aggressive mindset so not surprised they tried, but may come back to bite them on the arse!

This is pitch is flatter then day 1 and 2. England will chase this down comfortably just as did multiple times in the English summer, we love 4th innings chases now.

Wait for that to come bite me on the arse :lol:
