Its just a way to differentiate the official pre-season games from the non official ones hey...

The nonofficial ones aren't bound by any rules regarding numbers of players used, quarters played etc where the pre season ones are.

Nonetheless, still a wank term probably pioneered by someone who needed to justify their job title.

Don't think it's a wank term, just being used in the media for the first time. Probably has been used in the AFL/State leagues for years as a training drill that plays out like an actual game. Coaching staff can stop the play at anytime to talk to players and not be bound by the timed quarter constraints of match.

Funny but shitsworthy.
Went out for tea tonight and they had a quiz night on so we stayed. We started well but were middle of the road, midway through we were getting a lot of questions correct but making up no ground (I put it down to me not pressing the correct button quick enough as points were also based on speed).

After the penultimate round, an 8 question music round, where we got 7 right but finished the round 12th out of 16, I said to the missus "Is this thing working". It was then I noticed we had controller no.9, we were team no. 6. We went on to finish the quiz night and need I say who won......team bloody no. 9

Anyone needing to go Fullerton/Greenhill Roads stay clear due to roadworks. It’s going to get like a car park , bad enough now.

Walking out of the Ingle Farm shops today and got absolutely pole-axed by someone on a bike.... I had taken 1.5 steps out of the entrance and bang, sprawled on the floor wondering what the hell had happened.

The lady on the bike, who was riding it like she stole it, she may have done, was extremely apologetic, and I was too shocked to really say anything, took a couple of minutes to get my bearings and pick myself up off the floor. Luckily she hit me and not Mrs Jase or one of the girls, that would have been really nasty.

Got a sore shin, knee and hip but all in all pretty lucky...

Going to be in a world of hurt tomorrow I reckon... :(

People who lack a grasp on reality and their ability.

Player cracking the sads because he wasn't initially selected in a cricket Semi Final tomorrow - scored 58 runs @ 6.44 with a highest score of 24.. turns up late, leaves early, lazy in the field. Surely you reflect on your performances and realise you're not good enough?

Over it.. glad cricket is finished. Old mate in, Bedge out, i'll enjoy my Saturday with the family.

Wankers.
