Pedlar looks to be far from a no name goer. He’s tough as nails and you can see why he’s straight back in the side.

He kicked 3 in the corresponding game last year. We really do go about making the Crows look like superstars.

Nah, they exposed you for the crud side you are, credit where it's due. Walsh dusting off the cobwebs was your only positive.

The Crows seriously, are not any better than us. We made them look like superstars last year and we did again. We were outcoached and outplayed again tonight.

I was just reading a stat, that at Adelaide Oval before tonight, we had a % of 45.66 with 4 100pt defeats in 6 games. We just do not play well here.

Called it a cutla weeks ago, he’s as hard as a cats head.

It don’t care what club it is, there’s nothing I like seeing more in footy than a bunch of young lads having a red hot crack and it paying off, the crows are just that atm.

I thought Nicks wasn’t going to be the answer, I’m happy to admit I’m wrong, there’s a lot to like about the brand they’re playing, I just think they could boost the defence a little.

I suck at tipping but not sure how you can miss that one. Carlton have been getting reacharounds from the umpires all season and are extremely lucky to bank three straight wins as a result. Add to that Carlton have never won at the Oval even when the Crows were shit.

My big call is that Adelaide are the best of the 'on the rise teams' and I reckon they'll go straight past St Kilda and Carlton. Could even sneak into the top four. One of the posters here said they'd finish above Port and I thought no way Jose but that's looking like a better call each week. They've got the Horrible Hawks next week then three pretty tough games after that. Do they have the tank to go deep* that's the question.

Very impressed by a lot of blokes who have played **** all games. Rachelle, Soligo, Murray, Pedlar...there's a lot of 'Geelong 2004' about this group.

You guys are bog average with a kick it to the talls game plan which will see you fall over late in the season again.

^ That plan sounds familiar, it's almost like Vossy has been involed at Port or something.

Apologies Dutchy. Should have asked (and meant to why?)

Crows fans in the vast majority. There were plenty of Carlton fans but the ratio was probably 8:1.

Fair call, I was under the impression that Crows members had to pay for their ticket but it seems it was included, seemed like a great atmosphere though, pity the game wasn't close

Port and Adelaide 11 game members were sent bar codes pre-Xmas to redeem a ticket with. You're not in your normal seat but the ticket was free and for Port fans it's for both of the double header games on Saturday.

Yes very good atmosphere. I was under the impression that all clubs members were able to access free tickets, Certainly Crows and Port members were able to.

Side note.

The activities in Elder Park require a rethink.

Full of Crows and Carlton people (as you would expect) and the stage area had Daniel Norton announcing the Port team and interviewing Xavier Duursma. Brain Dead.

Beer selection was CUB and if they think $12 is the going rate for a Pirate Life can then they are sadly out of touch. A very noticeable lack of beer sales resulted. Place was very busy but many people baulked at that rip off.

Yeah was talking to my 81yo Dad yesterday and asked if he was going, he said he followed all the instructions but didn't get a ticket, he showed my Brother the print out (he prints everything he does online) of when he did it a few months back and he didn't hit the confirm button
