Good to see that the club is taking it very seriously (as it should) rather than rubber stamping his return. I also like how we are supporting him, throwing him out of the club will probably only make things worse for him, although there will be come a point in time if there isn't improvement.

That couldn't reflect more poorly upon him if they tried. Clearly they've put measures in place and he's done nothing to address his issues.

Yep and as we've seen on many occasions, there will be another team who will pick him up in 2024 for nothing and he'll dominate

Doubt he'll get picked up again unless takes some time away and matures a fair bit and is ready to come back into well I would say the AFL system but let's just try with general society first.

North have clearly tried here with him but at the moment he's not willing to improve himself.

You'd hope so.
But these days it's not the players choice.
If north got a decent offer they'd ship him off in a heartbeat.

Tough & durable, rarely plays a bad one. He joins Schimma, Arch, Simmo, Boomer & Dish in the 300 club at Arden St.
Well played Goldy, a Shinboner through & through.

Shinboner, pfff. People cringe at Culture and Creed, Shinboner trumps them both. My mate has the skinniest shins known to human kind and they're not as brittle as this mob :D
