Houghton v Para Hills Grand Final preview should be a rip-snorting contest.

Mitchell Park vs Flinders Uni match should be watched with interest - whilst the Lions lost last week, was plenty to like about their game, and probably deserved to win.

Kaesler combining with Fitzpatrick should provide Rigney quality delivery for OSB against Ingle Farm on my old high school ground.

You know what I really loved about OSB Lonsdale Saturday - having the TSI, Aboriginal, Australia and ANZAC flags on display.

Maybe other clubs have it and I haven't noticed, but I thought it was incredibly respectful and a really patriotic touch.

Even had several players / members asking me why we don't have the same.

Should the tranfer deadline be moved to earlier in the season. Especially if said player has played a game in that season. Personally, i think it should.

Surely if your moving state you know this at least a month or two in advance....how many move state on short notice. Even in that case you could make the June rule apply if your 'current' club is from inter-state.
