Easy decision. He and Melbourne did themselves no favors with their appearance and testimony.

Absolutely not.
The tribunal said he should have let Rozee who was leading with his head go past him without contesting.
The AFL encouraging players to not protect themself, lead with the head and opponents will jump out the way.
This decision is a disgrace and will be appealed again and overturned.

Totally agree, where is the players responsibility to protect himself, that should be the first thought.
I suppose Hunter couldve stayed on his feet and let Rozee take his legs out and broken his leg but he didnt do that, he protected himself by bracing and turning side on like we have all been taught.

That is no quote of mine.
Either go for the ball or yes you have to wait to apply a tackle/smoother etc. You simply can not be the cause for a player hit in the head. If they get their first and have their head over the ball then they will be protected against high contact.

How does he hold any relevance? The bloke has made more bad decisions than I’ve made good ones.

Seeing him promoting an online bookie earlier this year was the end of him for me, just incredible.

If Hunter doesn't pull up Rozee is going off on a stretcher because Rozee didnt keep his feet and lead with his head.
Don't protect yourself kids, run head first at the ball not side on like every kid for the last 100 years has been taught.
Keep your feet, nah **** that, slide in.
Hunter gets a week for Rozees terrible technique, I think that is unfair.
