With fourth place sitting on a 4-5 record and Norwood 1-8, results have gone their way over the last few weeks

9-9 may get you a finals birth this year or even 8-10 with a good percentage (which Norwood haven't got ATM)

Theoretically, Norwood could end the minor round with 10W & 8L

The other thing is all clubs have to play GL again- so its a very likely 1 less win

Fantastic win by the Norwood FC. The second and third quarters were as good as any of our wins in 2022. Run and carry from across half back to the forward line shows the confidence and instinct are back. Bring on Port next, they are beatable i think.

You won the last quarter kicking 7 goals to 2. Norwood kicked only 6 goals in the 3 quarter so your last quarter was the best quarter by either team.

Final spots for the taking, but it's not looking like South. They have been the disappointment for mine, still managing to get the recruits across from interstate, but not much to show for it. Depends of course what happens for the rest of the year but i reckon it could be time for a change in the coaching ranks. A number of senior players will retire at year end. It could be time for a reset.
