On this pitch, and with Ali with a blister England will need to set Australia at least 350.
This session is going to be a cracker.

The editor just needed that extra time to manipulate the ball path ;)

I’ve always thought that, the home side generally get the run of the grain with ball tracking.

Having said that, as plumb as it looked live it doesn’t pick up how far out the crease he is.

Only 3 scores over 200 have been chased here.

BUT

This pitch is so much drier and flatter than any other wicket here. Gives us a bit more of a chance.

Still need 3 wickets. Both these 2 can score quickly. Broad as well. Anderson is a genuine ferret.

Cummins gets Anderson (great catch by Carey and an impressive display behind the stumps.).

281 for Victory,

Chased 282 in 2005 and we were 2 runs short.

In our favour is Ali possibly not able to bowl at his best, Bairstow behind the stumps, Fourth day pitch (3 and a bit really) instead of fifth day pitch.

Just go the tonk Warner.

How did Steven O'Keefe get the gig on Ch9? Just let Finch do it.
