Had my first crack at Lamb Marking yesterday.

Had to lift 300 lambs which is stuff all.

Bloody tough gig......think ill go back to my office job.

Was great to see how the 'otherside' earn a crust though.

Forgot it was on, however have seen everyone baking it on twitter, it sounds so bad I reckon I will watch some of it for a laugh.

Hopefully with it being so bad it will be easily forgotten and someone will do a good job of it sometime in 5-10 years to honour the great man.

Watched 10 minutes and in that time, they went from him being sacked from St Kilda, right through to going to the cricket Academy to debuting for Victoria and being selected for Australia and having a shocking debut.

Moved far too quick for my liking.....

Will a show ever do it justice though given we all know the story so well and literally got to what the show live first hand.

Primary school footy try outs, there was a notice placed on the notice board to meet near the goals at lunch time on the Friday.

The teacher has a brief chat and then told us to line up, lead towards him and take it on the chest.

Fish Lips Vizard was first up in line, I suggested that I go first and show him but he insisted that he goes first because he got there first.

Fish Lips leads out, Mr Sands laces it out in front of him so Fish pops his chest out to chest butt the ball instead of marking it.

Fish didn’t make the team.

Actually my daughters club made a decision this year to only wear the home shorts (black) rather than the away shorts (white) this year because of that reason.

Actually my daughters club made a decision this year to only wear the home shorts (black) rather than the away shorts (white) this year because of that reason.

Its pretty common, North wanted their men to wear the same shorts as the girls so the men switched to red (which I dont like, the white looked much better with the predominately red guernsey).
