As my Grandfather from Salt Creek (Cowell) on the Eyre Peninsula used to say, “There’s no such thing as too much rain”
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Umpires deem the light too bad for any pace bowling. Pity as we are playing them well.

Root and Ali in tandem. Bit of spin and plenty of bounce. Runs are flowing.

As I type Marnus nicks Root through the first slip for 4.

And finally Marnus tons up. Well played.

England review a terrible decision and it is quite rightly overturned.

Marnus out for 111. Root getting bounce and turn.

64 behind.

Watch the Pom media call for a "Reserve" day play if the last day is rain affected and the Aussies pull off a Draw to retain The Ashes.

Lab and Mitchell Marsh very very very well batted- there was enough overs for Australia to be bowled out on day 4
LAB may have saved the Ashes- well done , only a couple of flimsy hook attempts early on, then he mostly DUCKed from then on
Wet day 5 forecast is for heavy rain
Draw looks the most likely result now
This series is perhaps the most enthralling of all Ashes series Ive seen
