Club has admitted fault, AFL clearly think they are at fault as does the wider football community... hold up must be the negotiation of the penalty and/or the fall guy. Davies or the doctor?

No tackles or pressure acts is not great for a small forward

I remember the days when the role of a small forward was to kick goals….. on that measure, he’s very stiff to be dropped.

In today's game, if you can't defend you will be in some strife.

only 50% of it on the soft cap.
Port very lucky considering the move...sorry "mistake" was to gain a competitive advantage and put the health of their player(s) at risk.

$50k in the soft cap still hurts and will possibly mean a staff member may lose their job

Agree Jim, that’s why I think draft pick or premiership points loss is a better option

Probably means Kenny's first year will have 50k removed from it on his contract extension

Surely $119k was a more appropriate figure.

It's the only option if the AFL are serious about it, and/or a head on a stake.
