I know it’s petty but when people use the alarm tone as their ringtone on their phone, it’s just not right!!

Brother, sister in law and niece all had it, his 3rd go ( travels a lot for work ) and reckons it's the worst he's had it.

I only woke this morning with a very very light set of symptoms but my positive test was very strong. Hopefully I can escape the worst but the bride and youngest are battling. Eldest is negative and middle is at school doing yr11 exams complaining of sore throat and dizzy without knowing we all have it so she’d be positive I suspect.

I hear you.

My family of 5 all got it over a period of 5 weeks; it took me 14 days to test negative.

Faarking Wuhan.

Give credit where credit is due for covid
Ive gone my whole life without getting a flu

But ive caught covid twice and the most recent still testing positive after 2 weeks

Apparently i cant get a vaccine shot for until after 6 months after contracting covid

So if that's right I would have to wait until May 2024

I've only ever had cold sores since I went to Thailand. Hmmm.
Luckily I've only had two but they're shocking to get rid of especially when you think its a pimple and squeeze it!

Anyway, on Earth 2 …

Speaking as a panellist at the HKMA-BIS High-Level Conference in Hong Kong, Bullock said the RBA's rate rises have "created a lot of political noise and a lot of noise from the general public" as they flow through to mortgage holders.

"People are very unhappy. The cash flow channel works very quickly in Australia and it's very prominent," she said.

"But what I'd like to highlight here is though, despite that noise, households and businesses in Australia are actually in a pretty good position. Their balance sheets are pretty good."

Bullock said that households had built up "large savings buffers" during the COVID-19 pandemic that were largely still intact. She said housing prices are surprisingly rising again, and that those who are coming off low fixed rate mortgages are "managing quite well".

"And all the indications from the banks, and all we hear from the banks, is these households are doing fine," she said.

"From a financial stability perspective, this all looks rather good."
