Tredrea is an interesting proposition on many fronts, worked that out beyond doubt when his wife was told to stop handing out anti-vax propaganda outside their kids school.

Funny story from a while back.
I had a delivery to him about a year or two after he retired, I rock up at his house and knock on the door and he comes out in just his jocks and says “I’ve just been doing some weights”. I say no worries and even though I knew who he was I felt like being a smartarse and asked for his name and to sign my scanner to which he quips “you don’t watch football do ya mate”. :)

Did you tell him you were a norwood fan

Shit, better get this thread back on track before Boon comes back. 8-[

Any idea whether the expiring member elected Board Director, Kathy Nagle, will re-nominate?

I’m not sure Tredders is in it for the club either.
Warren could make bigger waves than Bruce.
But I see what you’re saying with Bruce.

Tredrae is their only AFL premiership captain and in the media demands the club to be more ruthless which I still cant find any problems with? He’s arrogant and can be - When Port were at their best they were arrogant just like Hawthorn, Brisbane Lions ect. From an outsiders point of view he doesn’t give a **** who he offends and just demands results and a game style that consistently stands up. He should have been on the board years ago imo.
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

No denying his footy ability.
Up there with the best but he is a bit of a nut job who constantly criticises without offering solutions.

But agree he does speak his mind and doesn’t care who he offends which will help him if he were to get the role.

Already contracted for next season, the 21-year old said he had no hesitation in signing a two-year contract extension.
