They have hired the SANFL counters for the day as they reckon there was 11k there in the first session

11,000 arms and legs
Does that include members?

Should have an asterix on it, or maybe class it as List A

Whilst the wickets fall around him, Davey is standing tall and strong (Chapter 97 in his book)

Like it or not and I'm an advocate for him being replaced in red ball cricket for Australia but continuing to play white ball if he wants to

However when you compare him to Bancroft, Harris and Renshaw he's showing he's still our best top order bat so he deserves his place in the side until he pulls the pin in Sydney..

Runs are the only currency that really matter
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I know Pakistan at home is not a difficult proposition but not sure it should be classed as a limited overs match!!

Does Warner go down as Australia most divisive cricketer of all time.

When he first came into the side the nay sayers said you couldn’t bat like he did at test level and it wasnt sustainable. He clearly proved them wrong.

As his personality became more apparent he tore Australia into two as far as whether you liked him or disliked him. Sandpaper gate probably proved those who thought he was a wanker correct.

As time goes on his overall record will have him in the champion/great/legend whatever category discussion. His modest record away from home however will cause lots of debate as to where he sits in that list.

He’s delivered a lot of very good innings over the years but he is not a champion, great or legend.

He is only still in the side because of the lack of batting depth, but there’s nothing wrong with him wanting to play as long as he can if the selectors are weak as piss.

The dickhead factor isn’t a positive, plus his missus is almost more annoying than him; together they’re insufferable.

At the end of the day, he can be proud of his career and we should be able to acknowledge his significant contribution over many years.

Actually had some nice carp at Clayton once many years ago, no idea how they cooked it.

We only ordered it to see how shit it was, but were staggered when we tasted it.

Anyway, play on.

Bradman is in that conversation if you think about the Catholics vs protestants schism of the 30s and his role in WSC
