Beef Schnitty hot pack from Chicken Chef today. This thing could have fed an African village and I struggled to put a dent in it

Today- Leftover Carbonara with an Orange and a Nectarine. I have an Orange and another fruit (Nectarine, Mandarine, Watermelon) every lunch at work.

Tomorrow- (first day off work for the Xmas break) it'll be Salami, Cheese, Onion and Tomato toasted sandwiches, I usually have rolls but since I'll be home I'll have bread so I can toast them in the sandwich press.

So underrated, I worked in a pub 20 years ago that sold salami & cheese toasties all day & night. Could never keep up.

Funnily enough i went to the Watervale Hotel last week and bought the Carbonara. It came with Orange zest in it......definitely not my thing.
