An SA team making Jackson Bird look like prime Glenn Mcgrath....some things never change

Agar can not bowl in the last over, ever.

Everyone knows I'm not a Nielsen fan so I wont comment

Weatherald out for Kann hopefully happens next match
Dave Warner will be missed!

Better off playing Kann.
I have an inkling D.Short is finished too but maybe gets 2 more games to prove his worth.
Both of these guys havent had a decent performance for at least 3 years

I too don't have much confidence in him these days but he did make 66 last match.

Yeah, thats the only reason im giving him 2 more matches. How many years did we give Darcy? Its got Craig Simmons written all over it, the reason we were able to recruit them is no one else wants them

Does Kann need to open? D Short down to 7 after Overton and Bazely?

I think they all are better off opening from memory DShort was tried down the order and he stunk it up.

Kann will have to slot in at 5

The real problem with this team is Nielsen being purely a keeper ruins the balance of the side
other teams Harper- Opener Inglis Opener Phillipe Opener Billings Middle Order Bancroft Opener

Yeah weird that he doesn't open, perhaps you are right Mal, maybe Stoinis or someone else in the Stars coaching staff/management/analysts want him to bat middle order, similar to what he's done for Australia.

Meanwhile Matthew Wade is going ham against the Renegades. @mighty_tiger_79

I don't understand why Wade didn't open in the T20 series we just had for the Nothing Cup, if he's in team he should opening.

Why is there so much controversy surrounding the Henriques catch?

Cricket really has taken a turn for the worse, just too damn technical, he had control of the ball for long enough, end of story.

The Starc one during the Ashes was ridiculous.

Yep....

Letter of the law these days however says that's a drop catch but we all that isn't how the game is meant to be umpired.

Can you imagine a country cricketer staying around claiming that's not out.

But he let the ball touch the ground while his body was still motion from taking the catch.
If that's a catch then why have slips fielders always got their hands under the ball for the last 100+yrs?

He did not “let” the ball touch the ground, he had 100% control of the ball before landing.

There is no comparison here to a slips catch, none whatsoever.

The new bullshit rule is a joke, I’m glad it was paid, I’d rather that paid than the ridiculous catch Neser took last season when he was tapping it up behind the donut van.

Zac Crawley
Nick Hobson
Ashton Armchair Agar
Jye Richardson
Lancealot of pace Morris

In the PS score of 162
All 5 batsmen made the score of 1 run

Not often a side wins a BBL game with 5 batters making 1 each
