Flaggy this morning

Only 1 poor drive for the day so was happy with that.
Chipped in from bunker on 2nd
Squared up the putting stance a fraction and rolled the ball ok. On the 8th rolled over a pitch mark that put the brakes on it to stop
On the 9th, 7i in hand talked through what the shot was going to do, and bingo a little baby draw over the bunker and it rolled out to about 3ft, sunk the birdie.

36pts.

Lost our super 3's final Saturday on the first playoff hole.

Field of 56 players, play 9 holes of stroke play then the top 32 go in to a 3 hole handicap match play (Holes 1, 17, and 18 perfect lay out for where our club is situated) then top 16, top 8, top 4 and then obviously the final.

9 Holes- 37 for nett 35 Qualified me 7th
Round of 32- Won 2 and 1
Round of 16- Won 2 and 1
Round of 8- Won 1 up (this was a great comeback)
Round of 4- Won 1 up
Final- I lost on the first playoff hole. we were obviously square after the 3 holes. Worst part was i 3 putted ](*,)

Awesome concept, great fun and being handicapped, it's obviously open to all golfers. We had live music on the edge of the 18th with a bar set up 2 x marquees to create a party hole vibe, from the edge of the green you can also see the 1st green and the tee offs on 17.

Great day, just a pity i choked.....
you've gota keep on keep'n on .........

45 points on Friday and had two wipes. Ended up with 78 off the stick. Have gone from 10 to 17 in past year and a half and have been terrible and Friday I pull one right out of my arse. Won't have another good round for another two years no doubt.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Twilight tonight.

I'm leading the shield, but tonight was round 1 of the Twilight Championship (3 rounds of stroke off the stick) played really well, although it could've been a lot better! I was 2 under after 7 holes.

Finished even 35

Hitting the ball really well at the minute.

Monthly medal

Wasn't a convincing start. But knocked in a little 3wood runner from a downhill lie on top of a slope on par 3 from roughly 30m to save par to get the day going.
Was slow going, after we teed off the 4th we could see the 2nd group already over a hole behind.
Steady front 9. Had 2 putts that sat on the lip. 41. 2.5hrs

On the 10th, great drive, handy 2nd. Then got advised that the 2nd group had let the group behind them go and if we caught up we'd play through.
We get on the short par 4 11th. They're on the green. Think just bunt a driver down there we finish this quick and we can play through.
Wellllll I decided to decelerate and pull driver into a tree on right and it went back towards 10th green.
From there on it was just rubbish.
Get to 16th and pull it straight into OB. Then the next tee shot was a popper that went right and down slope into shit. Then just hit putter to try and get it going which failed. 10.

55 on back 9

Just under 5hrs
