AFL clubs have had today had it confirmed that the bench will remain at four plus a sub. But coaches will have the ability to name a side of 23 - instead of 22 - with five on the bench. The sub will need to be locked in an hour out from the the first bounce.

Heard it's been made with a deliberately low ceiling.

You have to duck your head to get in.........
