Jaiswal back to the crease

Looking forward to Bazzball chasing down a huge total later tonight and tomorrow :D
It will be a big chase however they'll be chasing them with having to face Ashwin on the 5th day Indian pitch.

The pitch hasn't crumbled yet and is holding together, however it's a 5th day pitch in India, it's implosion is imminent.

So no Ashwin but how will Yadev and Jadeja perform?

It will be interesting and entertaining if nothing else.

Saving test cricket

If anyone on here gets a chance listen to the interview Ollie Robinson did on Wisden's main podcast on Wednesday, that bloke is drunk off the Bazball Cool Aid something chronic, it's cringeworthy.

They've all drunk the Bazball Kool Aid. Ben Duckett's interview after day 3 on BBC Test match special had Vaughan, Tuffers and Aggers sniggering in disbelief. Comments like "wanting to be out in the field earlier than planned" (suggesting it wasn't a bad thing they got out quickly) and "No limit on how many we need to score in 2nd dig. The team like to set new records etc" Hilarious..
I don't mind the idea of attack, especially in India. It has its place, but there is a time caution as well. Sometimes you need to knuckle down for a period of time just keep you in the game.

As I said earlier, there is a place for attacking cricket in India and that can work. Obviously the Indian batsmen belted them off the pitch, chasing 550+ doesn't help.

However what I struggle with from the English players are the likes of Robinson and Duckett who mouth off with all this arrogance.

Do they believe what they are saying?
Is it part of Bazball to come across as over confident.

I found it strange why Crawley was so obviously frustrated with that dismissal? Looked out, umpire gave it out and ball tracking had it hitting the stumps.

Look absolutely plumb like you said and ball tracking showed that delivery hitting the bails! Surely Jadeja isn't getting that much bounce bowling that length?
