Westies did ask.

Hausler aint a terrible ground, has a lot of benefits. only real detractors are the lack of facilities and the sponge like soil causing the ground to run incredibly slow. Far worse getting around

The weather on Saturday going to save Eyre royals in Div 2. SN probably would defend 230 and go past them.

Heated out in finals is the worst.

You play the whole year to size the upper hand. While it feels hollow and/or empty, in 10 or 2 years time you sit there and bask in the season that was and celebrate the totality of it all, opposed to one or two individual performances.

Heated out this week has it's benefits - those who lost the qualifying final get a second crack, and those who are in the GF already don't win by a heated out game this week.

Downside is, makes the "middle" finals week pointless (LO grades)

Washed out is even worse. You have to sit around and see the smiles on the oppositions face.

Bit of heat in the Central United V Dublin GF? Few unpleasantries exchanged. Wouldn't be a PDCA Grand Final without something going on.

Looks like it was a pretty good game based on the scores.

When will Salisbury West be stopped?
Surely there’s a club out there that can put a team together to get it done!

Their run will come to an end eventually, the McIntyres will age. Their 16's had some success this year so maybe a few more reasonable cricketers coming through the ranks, although junior success doesn't always translate to senior success. Doesn't help when blokes keep flocking there from other clubs chasing success, Cant beat them - Join them!

Would have to come from Virginia, AV or Eyre Royals. Not sure any of the football/cricket clubs care enough do they, more just about having the bar open in summer...? ;)
