Prices at the MCG going up for food and beer.
$11.50 for a beer

Assume AO will announce their hike shortly?

SEN reporting $13.50 for a Carlton Draught (Imperial pint)
That’s not dissimilar to pub prices.

And they wonder why people might not attend the game, instead watching it from home.

1. That daylight savings isn't ending this weekend.

2. the number of Spam posts in my bookface feed thinking I give a shit about the IPL or any other franchise T20 league for that matter
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

The amount of towels my 14 step daughter and 15 year old stepson go through. Never seen anything like it. Doesn't matter how many times you tell them you can use a towel more than once. Monday i filled the towel cupboard up!!!!!!!!

By turning the best mornings of the year into dark shitholes.
By not following the natural flows of the changing of the seasons.
By turning up to work feeling very dull.
By going against natural bio-rythms
By creating a certain danger of more people going to work at darker/low-light times when kangaroos are active near roadways, especially during dry spells

There is still enough daylight to be doing things after work without it, so what benefit does it create.

No problem with daylight saving per se

It's that IMO it starts two weeks too early and finishes two weeks too late.

My only issue with it is I work with a lot of Europeans, so this time of year meetings go into the evenings. After daylight savings ends, we get about 1-2 hour overlap in our days so there is that.

I've changed my tune, get rid of it!
