Lucky to get that close. No system, no cohesion, an absolute mess going forward. Norwood’s pressure was good but we made a lot of unforced errors.
A lot to work on.

Beaten each of last year's Grand Finalists comfortably.

Better start designing the T-shirts...

A lot to work on.

And yet if you take out Norwood's 15 minute purple patch in the third term - scores woulda been level.

It's almost as if not replacing two of the best midfielders in the comp might create a problem in the middle for us or heaven forbid you actually try to improve the list and recruit more than you've lost.

Norwood very good with their pressure to cause midfield turnover particularly in the last half

Mitch O’Neil very good a good pick up for them.

Need a response against Adelaide

A flat Coopers Lager in the Wolf Blass centre at 10:45 pm was a metaphor for our night.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I felt Norwoods pressure negated Glenelgs superior ball movement.

Sturt, Bays and Norwood very even at the moment and the slightest momentum change could have easily reversed the results.

Good game of footy, tough and some great skills in tight by both teams. Boyd was fantastic and the Norwood recruits are great picks for our midfield. Bays not far off but Rawlings is a very good coach and has his players bonding nicely at the moment. Playing better than 2022 in my opinion and against 2 quality sides, The Parade is buzzing with optimism.
