A bit of trivia about the gorgeous Cupid.

Apparently the character was originally going to be called Mary Hinge but the BBC thought it was too obvious :lol:

Still can't find the name of that Aussie character he did. You'd think some fan would have made a list of ALL his characters by now :roll: :lol:

bozo, thats one I had forgotten, that goes back many a year


gonzo is another one that seems to have disappeared

I have a book called "lost for Words" which is all about the Australian Language over the years and how its being lost to American-isms... great read, especially the part about rhyming slang...

you should give it a "captain cook" sometime! :wink: :lol:
