Highlight from Parabanks tonight -

Shoplifter running from the centre, chased by store staff. He turns around pulls the packet of rump steak out from in his pants, opens it and starts throwing it at the store staff.....said it before and Im sure I will again....what paradise

Not at all saying that it is isolated, This thread would be dozens of pages long if I mentioned everything, but think that the prevalence and intenstity of situations is higher than most other locations...that and I just found it odd to see someone throwing steaks around a shopping centre.

They should beef up security some more, a few patties about the place would chop a lot of it out as well...

I guess you have to work at a given place to see this stuff - any time I go there (or anywhere else) I don't see that kind of stuff happen. ;)

On the corner by the first roundabout is a Vietnamese roll place. Pork and Asian salad baguette with HOT Chilli sauce....

And bloody cheap too. The English is not so good so just point & nod and enjoy !!

I worked at SporsPower there for a while, and then 3 years nightfilling at Big W, the place is a hole. Saw some unbelievably sad, and dumb, things while working there. Mothers getting their 4-5 year olds to shoplift things so they don't take the rap, idiots trying to shoplift 34cm TVs under their shirts. When working at night, managers have to walk you to your car and don't go back inside until everyone is in their car and has left. Has about three places in the whole centre to buy food, compared to the whole food court at either Hollywood or Elizabeth.

I don't frequent there anymore unless I'm going to be less than 10 minutes, and I only live 3-4 minutes away. Would rather drive the extra 4-5 minutes out to Elizabeth anyday now.
