Dutchy this sounded interesting the first time I read it. Now I wonder what the mean by "which state has the most rainfall". I mean, there are different numbers of rainfall guages in every jurisdiction one would assume. Each jurisdiction is also a different size. So put 1000 guages in the ACT and give them a couple of downpours, and then I ask do they add up the total collected in all rain guages there to get the total?

Serious question - I presume snow doesn't count as rainfall either?

If everything was even, I would punt on Tassie.
