Going to experiment tonight...don't see why smoked mackeral shouldn't make a good pizza topping...soon find out ;)

Hi JAS, just wandered up 'The Parade' with 'Mrs. Wildcat' to celebrate 'The Legs' game tonight.
Had a yummy fettucine carbonara......mmmm...mmmmm !

ooooh carbonara...nice, especially after a win ;) :D

The thing is I like anchovy pizza but I hate to waste food and can't use up a jar/tin of them before they go off so end up always chucking loads away.

The pizza is maded, cooked and eated and it was well good :tonqe:

Rolled out an ultra thin base and topped with basic tomato sauce (Dolmio), parmesan, cheddar, mozarella, chilli flakes, oregano, basil and the smoked mackeral.
