Mate, that's like asking which is the best mobile phone plan ... there's literally millions out there so it depends on your proposed usage, download patterns, where you want to use it etc.

Without that info it's virtually impossible to assist.

I actually turned down a free one, just use my mobile phone as a modem, can do it with a lot of mobiles these days.

Likewise I use my Nokia E51 as a WiFi hotspot and I sold my Telstra wireless dongle for $50. I reckon I had over half a dozen calls in a morning.
