Border Collie Give Away to good home

Postby Browny25 » Mon Feb 22, 2010 2:19 pm

Hi all

My sister in law is going overseas for 12 -24 months and is looking for a permanent new home for her 4 year old male border collie "Coby"

He is a great dog and loves attention!!

At the end of the day it is up to her in whom she feels comfortable giving her dog to, but we would really like to find a nice new home for him.

Please feel free to PM me any questions, or interest that you may have.

Cheers

PS - I'll try post some photos soon..

May be interested - we have had Border Collies in the past, but been "dogless" for about 5 years now.

Daughter wants a puppy, but who knows what may happen.

Just thought i would let everyone know that we managed to find a really good home for Coby.

He has moved to a new home, on an acre block, with another border collie!

Nice one.

Was just about to head home and ask the missus if we could have him.
Top looking dog.

He would have taught our collie/terrier cross a thing or two I reckon.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.

A great solution - the working breeds need a bit of room and active companionship.
It must have been the week for moving Border Collies - about the same time this appeared and old mate rang to ask me if I'd be interested in taking on the two his daughter has as they wouldn't get on with his several Rotties.
But as I have travel plans I'm not committing myself to pets at the moment.
