anyone keen on predictions of the 09 season: for me...

heccies: can they make up for a dissapointing season. cant afford to drop easy games like last year and conceded to many goals last year compared to the 07 season. looking for a double chance

clg: will be favs for the flags after a shocking final series. coach has left but will the players? if they keep the team together then expect a top 2 finish.

lockleys: big improvers last year with a young squad. lacked tall players last year and if they can get a couple this yr then they will be up there. going to be hard to beat at home as well.

trinity: feel they can be the WOS of last yr. get a few recruits and they'll be looking for a finals spot. upset heccies in the last round...can they play that kind of footy this season

kenilworth: dont kno much about them but need to use their big ground to advantage. think they struggled with injuries last yr but were able to keep up with top teams in div 5 for parts of matches. expect them to make finals

central united: would not expect them to do much this yr with last yr results. relegation on cards again???

glenuga: escaped relegation last year and i predict they wil do better than last yr if they can keep players. new coach may be the key

west croyden: if they gett bryant and woodcock back then it could be finals just like in the 07 season.

paralowie: new for 09 and were the top team in div7. wil look to do what clg do. have no clue about their team

henley: will they go up is the question??

You would think if kenilworth stay in this comp in 2009, we will be easily top two if not GF favourites, just with the inclusion of osborne (not too many if any div 6 backmen would trouble him) plus a few others, lookout I say in 2009!

Geez mate, it's good to be confident in your team, but that is just asking to be pelted with sarcasm, which Kookaburra team are you from.

Paul Crichton, the coach, has left CLG. I would assume his sons will also leave, and it wouldn't surprise me if they took a few more of the A graders with them.

paddock: imo he wont coach anywhere next year..and CLG will not lose anyone except one of the sons..so they will still be the team to beat..they are only 3 players short of a flag imo

paddock: its out of 2 for the coaching job..the current and another who i wont name sorry

Yes, would be pretty confident if we were to drop to div 6, especially if all things fall into place as zed has stated.
