SANFL site in 1999 with short writeups

When I first started to compile SANFL scores in 2000, I searched the web to find anything I could on past results. This was the only site I could find outside of the SANFL website - which had a lot of head to head records back then.

My question is, does anyone know who the two people who did the writeups in David Perkovic and Phillip Monk are? Are they users on here nowadays?
