- 2.20pm - last 10 minutes of the reserves. Phil Aspinall is covering the Sturt v Eagles clash game all day so feel free to send some questions to him all through the afternoon.

- 2.45pm - We swing into game day mode, Tim Weatherald is out special comments analysis, any questions for him re the key factors in the game.

Much as I'm enjoying the broadcast here in Hobart, I'd love to be watching it on the telly. I'm still filthy at ABC2 for eliminating SANFL and the other state leagues from national coverage. As things stand at the moment, I won't even be able to see a replay of the GF. Would love to hear the panel's thoughts.

Just listening to Life-FM's comments on how teams travelled in 2008. When discussing Norwood, out comes this hackneyed old phrase "over-achieved".

Sorry guys, but it's physically impossible to over-achieve.

You say Norwood weren't the fourth best team in the competition, well they defeated all the teams below tham on the ladder, also defeated Sturt and should have beaten Central after leading by 6 goals in the final term. The only team that completely had Norwood measure all year is Glenelg.

Norwood finished 4th, that's where they deserved to finish, so don't give me any more of this "over-achieved" garbage.
