We have a couple of young players who will be ok, Nicholas Kyrgios, Matthew Ebden and Ashleigh Barty being the main three. Tomic is still only young and hopefully will get his head together.

In a nut shell. Detriot is 18 billion dollars in debt. It once had a population of 1.8 million and now it has said to be around the 800,000 mark. If detriot don't start selling off assets and raising funds to pay for things then on the first of march next year, the city will bankrupt .
apparently there are police calls going unattended . The police fire and rescue is being funded by a private sector currently.
If the city goes bankrupt fully I would say it means the city will by plunged into darkness. Homes in city suburbs are selling for less than a few hundred dollars. Rubbish is not being collected. The middle class has collapsed .
